Matushkin Andrey, at his own expense, created this forum or platform for communication between detectives from all over Russia and not only. I have been on the forum for almost a year. During this time, Matushkin turned to me with the only request: to place a banner on his website, which I did without hesitation. From this I only won. He met wonderful people, issues in other regions began to be addressed more quickly. Yes, to some extent this is an advertising agency Matushkina, but believe me it's worth it, we can communicate in a private section, customers who have the need for our services can immediately find a detective in the region that interests them.
Almost all of us have their own detective agency sites, and we all understand how much the site maintenance costs, but they don’t charge us for the fact that our agencies are represented on the forum.
As you imagine banner exchanges, this will not be a website but a bulletin board.
Well, for the PASSER who is not known to us so far I can say the following: participation in the forum is voluntary and they do not drag anyone here by force. If there is a desire, please, I can say for almost everyone we are glad to each participant, but the forum has been created and there are certain conditions for participation in it, they must be accepted or not.
