Действия правоохранительных органов при обнаружении трупа
Итак, ни для кого не секрет, что большинство преступлений в реале (не берем виртуальные, тут своя специфика) расследуется успешно именно по “горячим следам”. Для успешной реализации комплекса оперативно-следственных мероприятий требуется очень грамотное выполнение первичных мер, направленных на отыскание и закрепление доказательств и осуществление первичных следственных действий.
Предметом данной статьи станет рассмотрение всех основных действий правоохранительных органов, которые наиболее вероятно будут производиться при обнаружении трупа с огнестрельным ранением в голову (не ножевым, не тупым твердым предметом, именно огнестрельным) на улице рано утром.
Акт 1: Раннее устро

21:21 следователь Копытин К.А. закончил заполнять последние бумаги и постановления, немного вздохнул с облегчением, теперь появилось время пообщаться с приятными людьми, едет в убойный отдел РУВД России по Дальнеужопинскому району Закуличкиной области, по дороге покупает бутылку водки и хлеб с колбасой, там его уже ждут оперативники для обсуждения версий совершения данного преступления. Основные версии на данный момент заключаются в следующем:
1. Убийство на почве внезапно возникших личных неприязненных отношений (в пользу этого говорит бесконфликтная профессия убитого и показния жены, нет ответа на вопрос “А кому это выгодно?”, против этого говорит орудие убийства – огнестрельное оружие уже не очень часто встречается у людей на улице просто так)
2. Спланированное убийство на почве каких-либо личных счетов (в пользу этого говорит применение огнестрельного оружия, против этого опять таки говорит профессия убитого и его дела)
3. Спланированное убийство в связи с какой-либо незаконной деятельностью убитого (в пользу этого говорит примение огнестрельного оружия, против этого – отсутствие чего-либо очевидно незаконного при убитом или в его квартире) – эту версию надо дополнительно проверить через допрос коллег, знакомых и родственников убитого
4. Спланированное убийство с целью оказания давления на кого-либо из родственников или иного близкого окружения убитого (в пользу этого говорит применение огнестрельного оружия и отсутствие явных следов убийцы, так же эта версия совпадает с общим описанием жизни самого убитого)
На основании этого появляются несколько основных направлений работы:
1. Установление огнестрельного оружия, из которого были произведены выстрелы
2. Сбор полных сведений о жизни и деятельности сантехника Соловец Г.Д. и его окружения
3. Выполнение плановой работы и допросы остальных лиц, может там что-то новое всплывет.

Итак, ни для кого не секрет, что большинство преступлений в реале (не берем виртуальные, тут своя специфика) расследуется успешно именно по “горячим следам”. Для успешной реализации комплекса оперативно-следственных мероприятий требуется очень грамотное выполнение первичных мер, направленных на отыскание и закрепление доказательств и осуществление первичных следственных действий.
Предметом данной статьи станет рассмотрение всех основных действий правоохранительных органов, которые наиболее вероятно будут производиться при обнаружении трупа с огнестрельным ранением в голову (не ножевым, не тупым твердым предметом, именно огнестрельным) на улице рано утром.
Акт 1: Раннее устро
05:47 в дежурную часть РУВД России по Дальнеужопинскому району Закуличкиной области поступает звонок с телефонного номера 8-989-989-98-98, звонивший мужчина представляется как Залесок Сергей Авраамович, житель дома 12 по пер. Теренса и Филиппа в городе Дальнеужопинске и сообщает об обнаружении во дворе в/у дома тела мужчины, лежащего на спине с лужей крови в районе головы. Подробностей сообщить не может т.к. лицо мужчины в грязи и не ясно что произошло. Дежурный записывает все данные и вносит записи в журнал, сообщает звонящему минимальные инструкции.
05:49 дежурный звонит по мобильному дежурному оперу и передает сообщение, просит отправиться на место и разобраться в ситуации, а так же подтвердить обоснованность вызова
