Как сообщается на сайте госреестра, Telegram Messenger LLP ликвидируется по решению ее учредителей.
Напомним, в декабре 2018 года Павел Дуров подал документы об исключении компании, которая была внесена в реестр запрещенных сайтов Роскомнадзора, из британского госреестра. Дуров указывал это юрлицо как основное для мессенджера.
