On February 2, Roman Polev, the cohabitant of the mother of a 3-year-old girl who disappeared in the village of Alexandrovskaya, was charged with murder, according to the website of the St. Petersburg Investigation Committee.
According to the agency, on January 24, 26-year-old Roman Polevoy, a courier driver at the Northwest Center for Evidence-Based Medicine, contacted the police with a statement about the loss of his 3-year-old stepdaughter. Polevoy said that at about 6 p.m. he, leaving the girl in a house located on plot No. 389 of the Rekhkolovo gardening in the village of Aleksandrovskaya in the Pushkin district, began to clean firewood on the street. After a while, having heard the scream of the girl, he ran home, but did not find her.
On the same day, the Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for St. Petersburg on this fact a criminal case was initiated on the grounds of a crime under subsection “c” of part 2 of article 105 of the Criminal Code (murder).
Due to the fact that Polevoy’s testimony raised doubts about their veracity, he was detained, after which the Pushkin District Court granted the request of the investigation to take a preventive measure against him in the form of detention.
In the course of painstaking work, Polevoy’s testimony was refuted, after which, trying to justify his actions related to leaving the girl, deprived of the opportunity to take measures for self-preservation in her infancy, put forward a new version and said that during the loss of the girl he went to a store located at 800 meters from home, for cigarettes. However, even in these testimonies of the Field, contradictions were identified.
Given that it was not possible to establish the whereabouts of the girl, Polevoy was charged with murder.
Since the initiation of the criminal case, up to the present time, active measures have been taken to find the girl, in which the staff of the Main Investigation Department, the police, as well as military personnel and volunteers participate.
The investigation of the criminal case is ongoing, investigative actions and operational-search measures are being conducted aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the incident.

2 февраля Роману Полевому — сожитель матери пропавшей в поселке Александровская 3-летней девочки, предъявлено обвинение в совершении убийства, сообщается на сайте следственного комитета по Петербургу.
По информации ведомства, 24 января в милицию обратился 26-летний Роман Полевой, работающий водителем-курьером в Северо-Западном центре доказательной медицины, с заявлением о пропаже его 3-летней падчерицы. Полевой сообщил, что около 18 часов он, оставив девочку в доме, расположенном на участке №389 садоводства «Рехколово» в поселке Александровская Пушкинского района, стал убирать дрова на улице. Через некоторое время, услышав крик девочки, он прибежал домой, но ее не нашел.
В тот же день Главным следственным управлением Следственного комитета РФ по Санкт-Петербургу по данному факту было возбуждено уголовное дело по признакам преступления, предусмотренного п. «в» ч.2 ст. 105 УК РФ (убийство).
В связи с тем, что показания Полевого вызвали сомнения в их правдивости, он был задержан, после чего Пушкинский районный суд удовлетворил ходатайство следствия об избрании в отношении него меры пресечения в виде заключения под стражу.
В ходе кропотливой работы показания Полевого были опровергнуты, после чего он, стремясь оправдать свои действия, связанные с оставлением девочки, лишенной возможности принять меры к самосохранению по малолетству, выдвинул новую версию и сообщил, что во время пропажи девочки ходил в магазин, расположенный в 800-х метрах от дома, за сигаретами. Однако и в этих показаниях Полевого следствием были выявлены противоречия.
Учитывая, что установить местонахождение девочки не удалось, Полевому было предъявлено обвинение в совершении убийства.
С момента возбуждения уголовного дела до настоящего времени проводятся активные мероприятия по поиску девочки, в которых участвуют сотрудники Главного следственного управления, милиции, а также военнослужащие и волонтеры.
Расследование уголовного дела продолжается, проводятся следственные действия и оперативно-разыскные мероприятия, направленные на установление всех обстоятельств происшедшего.
