Hi Roman, Laszlo and Oleg! Ship to Egor? And what without me? : twisted:
Hi Vadim!!
Where are we without you !!
Here I scratched the bottom of the wire and found:

"My own intelligence"

B. Spying on an individual.
Carefully monitor people for a specific purpose:
- their detailed development for the alleged recruitment, abduction, blackmail, exposure or liquidation;
- access to the wanted person, who is likely to be in contact (or may be in contact) with the object;
- clarification of the gathering place of the identified group;
- detecting like-minded object.
The person conducting the observation should, if possible, have: an inconspicuous appearance, excellent memory, optimal endurance, iron patience, instant reaction, full vision, excellent hearing, a pronounced ability to improvise and navigate the situation.
Considering that the periodic appearance of the same persons can alert the object, it is necessary to interlace the means of personal disguise - false glasses, inverted jackets, retractable bags and bags, renewable hats - and from time to time to replace each other. It should be remembered that sometimes it is better to lose an object than to be detected.
As a rule, from 3 to 8 people and several cars participate in first-class observation. In each of the cars, usually 3 people are shuffled, including at least one woman. The agents communicate with each other through radio communications (which is sometimes difficult in public), a simple remote control of local electric shocks, and of course, through a previously agreed special visual code.
All signs of the code used in tracking are oriented towards naturalness and in one of the advertised options look, for example, like this:
- “object stands” - arms crossed behind;
- "the object turned left" - the left hand rests on the left thigh;
- "the object turned right" - the right hand rests on the right thigh;
- “the object crosses the street” - a half-turn to the side with bending of one arm at the chest;
- "the object turned around and goes in the opposite direction" - one hand is brought to the head;
- "the object has gone out of control" - both hands rise to the head;
- “I have to change” - a steady look at the watch with an imitation of surprise.
Any creeps of the object and its contacts (car numbers, route, train schedules ...) are dictated, if possible, by a pocket recorder, and upon completion of the observation they are precisely recorded on paper.
The person conducting the monitoring needs to be able to pinpoint his object in a crowd of people and, guided by the information collected so far, his knowledge of his usual wardrobe, gait, preferred routes, places of residence (cottage, relatives, acquaintances ...): a typical daily routine, frequent contactees, types, colors and numbers of used cars ...
Surveillance of the person you are interested in must be carried out tuning in to a specific task, because the general attitude toward observation is always less productive than the concrete one. The method of visual control essentially depends both on your own abilities and your existing goal, and on the accompanying conditions, including the degree of alertness (sophistication) of the object.
When tracking a pedestrian, such observation forms are used as:
1. "Chain". Only one person directly oversees the object, and all the others are stretched behind the chain, each of which follows is guided by the previous one. Contact between the links is carried out by walkie-talkie or visual code, and the distance between them depends on specific external circumstances (on desolate streets - more, on fairly crowded - less ...). In case of accidental identification of the main agent, he immediately gives way to the second and, moving away from visual contact, uses personal masking tools.
2. "Double chain". This option is scrolled on crowded streets, and it is characterized by the fact that observers walk on both sides of the main highway, from time to time moving from one side to the other. Sometimes they can walk along parallel streets, marking their object at intersections and maintaining contact with the main walkie-talkie agent.
3. "Ahead." Here, followers periodically overtake a controlled client, which thus turns out to be between them, which gives extremely tight, and therefore more effective control.
4. "With the connection." Observers occupy (as a rule, are transported by transport) suitable places on the path of the alleged movement of the object and are actively connected to tracking at different points of its movement. This is promising where it is very difficult not to attract the attention of others.
5. The Network. In unpleasant moments of the unexpected loss of an object, the entire nearest area is covered by a shrinking ring, which, after finding the cherished goal, is gradually stretched back to the previous standard chain.
6. "Close with insurance." Staying in places with the maximum concentration of people (at stations, in shops, in the subway ...) you can not avoid getting close to the object, which is usually done by one or two observers, while the others are found outside and passively control all available entrances and exits. Here, as always, it is not recommended to meet with observed eyes.
7. "One-time transfer." In the cafe, the “eatery” and the restaurant, a person from the tracking group enters with the object, is located not far from it, and usually without entering into any conversations, leaves the institution directly behind it. After the exit, the client is “transferred” to the rest, and the controller that is lit here, if possible, is removed from subsequent monitoring.
Sometimes it happens that a sophisticated person tries to "check", trying to identify constantly appearing persons near him or to find some oddities in the actions of individuals around him. Counter-tracking is carried out with the involvement of another individual or on their own, using reflective surfaces (storefronts ...), observations from buildings (from the window of an apartment or staircase ...), and simply through a reasonable turn of the head (inspection of goods on the tray, imitation of the loss of a certain object ...). Peculiarities in neighborly behavior are sometimes highlighted by sharp “zigzags” of their movements (unexpected changes in pace and direction of movement; leaving the cinema at the beginning of the session ...) with a note of the reaction of others around it.
Spying on a moving car is essentially reminiscent of pedestrian surveillance. Here, several cars are usually used, of different colors and discreet type, some of which move along parallel streets and are connected to the working situation via radio. "Sitting on the tail" at the object ahead of you is permissible only for hundreds, from the force - a couple of thousand meters, after which a mandatory separation is required with the next vehicle connected to the tracking. To avoid annoying surprises, you should be well aware of all the technical capabilities (speed of gaining speed, turning radius ...), road features of the area, level of skill and driver’s habits.
When the experimental object is excessively wary or is afraid of something, it can try to slip away from the expected control, using template techniques for this, based most often on: changing the rhythm, direction and type of movement; the creation of certain barriers behind; lulling the vigilance of those accompanying ... Very often at the same time they implement such tricks as:
1. Long looping in crowded places (metro, clothing markets, train stations ...).
2. The use of walkways, apartments or courtyards and all other back doors.
3. Frequent change of transport.
4. Transitions in the subway from one line to another.
5. The use of labyrinth routes.
6. Unexpected acceleration after turning around the corner with the intention of slipping much further than you would expect at a normal speed.
7. Leaving a racing vehicle in the short-term moments of its apparent departure from control.
8. Unexpected passage to a red light or under a lowering barrier.
9. Creating an impression of accompanying movement in a well-known direction and an unexpected escape from the proposed route.
10. Entrance and exit from public transport when closing its doors.
11. Changing the appearance and gait in short periods of reasonable slipping away from visual control (in the toilet, in the porch, with friends ...).
12. Explicit aggression towards the identified observer with the prospect of fomenting a scandal.
When the object suddenly disappears, it is preferable not to jerk at random, but after waiting a bit, take under close control all the places of its possible appearance ...
