VAPD CONCEPT (stated in Russian):
1. The creation of the VAPD was initiated by active participants in the Ukrainian MOD.
2. The VAPD considers itself in the future, as an integral part of the MOD, organizationally designed by attracting, among other things, new participants on the territory of Ukraine.
3. The VAPD does not have any plans for secession, competition, or acquisition of a status separate from the MOD, with the exception of legalization, as an independent legal entity.
4. The creation of the VAPD dictates a peculiar market of detective services in Ukraine, which is not legally regulated, fragmented, fragmented and, therefore, is often used by various players to the detriment of the interests of consumers of these services, as well as contrary to the safety of society and the state.
5. The main GOAL of the Association is SYSTEMATIZATION, STRUCTURING and LEGALIZATION of the UK DETECTIVE SERVICES MARKET.
6. WAPD is interested in establishing the so-called “Departmental control” for its part over the quality of the services provided by members of the Association.
7. The WAAF will coordinate efforts and seek protection of its members from their ILLEGAL prosecution, in connection with the performance of their professional duties, subject to their compliance with the LAWS of Ukraine. The WAPA members strongly welcome the speedy adoption of the NPV Law in Ukraine and are ready to participate constructively in its preparation.
8. The association is formed under the supervision of competent government agencies that recognize the urgent need for the development of NPV in Ukraine.
9. The Association is initially positioned by the structure “outside of politics”, does not set as its task participation in political parties, movements, unions and similar structures.
10. The Association will engage a wide circle of colleagues for cooperation on the basis of their competence, professionalism, decency and recognition of the basic principles promoted at the MOD and in the WAAF.
11. The Association will never accept persons and organizations that have compromised themselves in the detective services market, who are hostile or unfriendly to MOD and VAPD.
