In the framework of this work, a draft Government Decree “On Approving the Regulations on the State Inspectorate for Small Vessels of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia, State Control (Supervision) of the Use of Small Vessels, Classification and Survey of Small Vessels Used for Non-Commercial Purposes” was prepared.
