Guys, explain to the semi-lawyer: what is the "Model Law" ??? ..... But, not understanding, I feel, there is another "nail" to legalize NPV in Ukraine !!!! : D

In accordance with our and your civil legislation, in the absence of a rule of law governing civil law relations, other peremptory norms are applied, including those established by court decisions that have entered into force, and international law.
This Model Law has been agreed and adopted as a guide to action to create an appropriate regulatory framework in the states that have signed the protocol. A reference to the states that have come to an agreement that such is needed in the CIS countries, I gave, Ukraine and Kazakhstan among them. Therefore, it is a matter of time to introduce the draft NPV Law into the Verkhovna Rada.

And this is not a “nail” anymore, but an entire base platform.
