Андрей Николаевич, в тексте логично было бы применить расшифровку аббревиатуры МОД "IAPD".
Фоновый рисунок глобуса - оптимален (всё-таки МОД позиционируется как международная организация), поэтому я выбрал вариант "Третий новый".
Но если жезл Меркурия, как символ ТПП нужен (как условие или "партнёрский ход"), то тогда - вариант "Четвёртый новый".
