В связи с не понятной на сегодняшний день обстановкой с COVID, думаю, что назначать конференцию в другом государстве, кроме РФ не совсем верно, могут сложиться дополнительные трудности. Сейчас Казахстан открыт? Или как в прошлом году только по приглашениям?

Andrei Nikolaevich Matushkin's concern about the behavior of his colleagues from ARD and APS is understandable, but ... it was predictable.
Regarding the media for the MOD, I will support the electronic edition, but I doubt the need for a printed version of it: it is irrelevant and costly (there are many very correct arguments by media experts on this issue).
Of course, I will take part in the elections of the President of the MOU, albeit nominal (the candidacy of A.N.Matushkin has no alternative).

Обеспокоенность Андрея Николаевича Матушкина поведением коллег из АРД и АПС - понятна, но.... это было предсказуемо.
В отношении СМИ для МОД - поддержу электронное издание, но сомневаюсь в нужности печатной его версии: неактуально и затратно (есть много оч.верных аргументов медиаэкспертов по этому вопросу).

Андрей Николаевич, с резолюцией ознакомлен, поддерживаю. Участники Пленарного заседания обсудили много вопросов, перспективы дальнейшего развития. По итогам дискуссии были сделаны соответствующие выводы.
Вопрос: зачастую в переписках и общениях между ЧД в чате, возникают споры свидетельствующие о некой конфликтности отношений.
Возможно ли обязать участников "дискуссий", не выносить на всеобщее "обозрение" споры соответствующего характера?
