It is not a problem to get a license of a private detective and a security guard in our city. The problem in Russia is one, not in all cities it is possible to take training courses for the preparation of a private detective, but for a private security guard, please, it is easy and simple. Only here in Veliky Novgorod, three educational institutions train private security guards, and not one of them trains private detectives. And the abstract is excellent.
