REPORT on the 1st Conference of the ACFA (Part 1)

3.02 Gathering of participants:
- meeting of participants,
- registration for participation
- acquaintance with the office of the receiving party
- hotel accommodation
- refinement of the conference plan and job preparation

The conference was held in a picturesque place of Khmelnitsky, immediately called by the participants "Khmelnitsky Davos" because of the beauty and uniqueness of the surrounding nature.
The meeting of the VAChD was held in a conference room with the understandable name "Fireplace Hall".

From the IMPORTANT events of the 1st day of the Conference:
- the presence of the President of NP MOD, who was informed in the early morning about the State registration of NP MOD with the issue of No. and date of certificate.

REPORT on the 1st Conference of the ACFA (Part 2)

4.02
The program of the 1st day of the Conference for discussion included the following questions:
1. Discussion of amendments to the registration and organizational documents of the ACFA.
2. Discussion and approval of the “Regulation on Membership in the ACHD”
3. Approval of internal documents drawn up by the members of the Council of the ACCH and allowing the development of the ACAC within the framework of the current legislation of Ukraine and use its official status of the association.
4. Approval of the plan, unique methods and a direct list of measures to promote the image of the VAChD, MOU and individual detective agencies as law-abiding, socially significant and professionally prepared structures in various sectors of the population.
5. Discussion and approval of a business project support plan for both individual members of the WAPA, and the organization of cooperation among the members of the WAPA in the framework of independent commercial activities. In total, 4 projects were approved, which will be implemented both in Ukraine and in collaboration with colleagues from the MOD.
6. General issues and initiatives of members of the ACHD.

The first working day ended with a friendly dinner in the forest cafe "Three Bears", where participants and guests were able to get acquainted with the variety of local cuisine.
