REPORT on the 1st Conference of the ACFA (Part 3)

The following issues were discussed in the program of the 2nd day of the Conference:
1. Discussion and the possibility of members of the ACID in lawmaking in the field of NPV in Ukraine. Several participants prepared, listened and approved for practical work in this direction.
2. Discussion and adoption for practical implementation of the Plan to promote the ACHD as an official and openly operating structure. Outlined actions, deadlines and responsible persons for the implementation of this plan.
3. Legal consolidation of official documents of the VAChD, which are necessary for its development in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine.
4. Issues of practical interaction of VAChD with:
- MOU (rapporteur - President of the MOU Matushkin A.N.) Based on the results of the report, the members of the Council of the Higher Attestation Department prepared a Protocol on cooperation and interaction between the ATAC and MOD.
- Other associations and structures on the territory of Ukraine, the CIS and Europe (rapporteurs from among the members of the Council of the VAChD)
- Colleagues from the European Union (the rapporteur is one of the members of the Council of the VAChD)
Development of a unified policy in PRACTICAL interaction.
Attention colleagues! The report of the President of the MOU, as well as the Protocol of the participants of the Conference on the cooperation of the VAChD and MOU will be posted in one of the special branches of this forum!

5. Discussion and approval of the unified policy of the ACHD on issues of membership in the ACFA, its features and organizational processes in this direction. The responsibilities are distributed among the members of the Council of the VACHD.
6. General questions.
The second day of the Conference ended with a friendly dinner-buffet and informal communication of the participants in the meeting in the "Fireplace Hall" of the hotel "Vic-Jean"

ОТЧЁТ по 1й Конференции ВАЧД (Часть 3)

В программе 2го дня Конференции для обсуждения стояли следующие вопросы:
1. Обсуждение и возможности членов ВАЧД в законотворческой деятельности в сфере ЧДД на Украине. Подготовлены, заслушаны и одобрены к практической работе доклады в этом направлении нескольких участников.
2. Обсуждение и принятие к практическому исполнению Плана по продвижению ВАЧД как официальной и открыто действующей структуры. Намечены действия, сроки и ответственные лица по выполнению данного плана.
3. Юридическое закрепление официальных документов ВАЧД, которые необходимы для её развития согласно требований законодательства Украины.
4. Вопросы практического взаимодействие ВАЧД с :
- МОД (докладчик -Президент МОД Матушкин А.Н.)По итогам доклада члены Совета ВАЧД подготовили Протокол о сотрудничестве и взаимодействии ВАЧД и МОД.
- Иные ассоциации и структуры на территории Укранины, СНГ и Европы(докладчики из числа членов Совета ВАЧД)
- Коллеги из Евросоюза (докладчик - один из членов Совета ВАЧД)
Выработка единой политики в ПРАКТИЧЕСКОМ взаимодействии.
