Dear comrades, I am glad to welcome you to this event! My name is Dmitry Olegovich Tretyakov, I have been a licensed private detective who has been practicing private investigation for 8 years already, I am also Vice President of the MOD, Deputy Andrei Nikolayevich Mutushkin - President of the MOD.
One of our key tasks is to popularize private detective activity and the image of a private detective in principle. In recent years, private investigation and detective services have been gaining momentum in demand for them from enterprises, various organizations and individuals! As people come to understand that their civil, personal, family rights are ready to fiercely defend employees of various private agencies, in contrast to law enforcement and other bodies.
Our association is already 12 years old, and we unite detectives and various security services around the world, at the moment about 47 countries with our colleagues. Every year we hold rallies and conferences, which attract private detectives and like-minded people both from all over Russia and, for example, from countries such as Germany, Turkey, Great Britain, USA, Costa Rica, Czech Republic, Israel and many others. At these conferences we share our experience, practical knowledge in legislation, learn from each other. In 2020, they helped our friends Kazakhs to hold the conference and advised at the state level on the possibility of building a law on NPV in Kazakhstan.
There are many legal and legal delays in private detective activity, with which the detective community has been trying for several years to sort out and bring the law on NPV to normal in the Russian Federation at the legislative level.
For the second year in a row, we draw attention to this area of students of higher educational institutions, both legal and other, and we are sincerely pleased with your responsiveness and interest. Your scientific works are deep and full of meaning, today we are gathered here to celebrate the best works and their perpetrators!

Дорогие товарищи, рад приветствовать Вас на данном мероприятии! Меня зовут Третьяков Дмитрий Олегович, я являюсь лицензированным частным детективом практикующим частный сыск уже на протяжении 8-ми лет, по совместительству являюсь Вице президентом МОД, заместителем Мутушкина Андрея Николаевича – президента МОД.
Одной из наших ключевых задач является популяризация частной детективной деятельности и образа частного детектива в принципе. Частный сыск и детективные услуги в последние годы набирают большие обороты в спросе на них у предприятий, различных организаций и частных лиц! Так как люди приходят к пониманию, что их гражданские, личные, семейные права готовы яростно защищать сотрудники различных частных агентств, в отличие от правоохранительных и других органов.
Нашей ассоциации уже 12 лет, и мы объединяем детективов и различные службы безопасности по всему миру, на данный момент порядка 47 стран с нашими коллегами. Ежегодно проводим слеты и конференции, на которые съезжаются частные детективы и близкие по духу люди как со всей России, так и к примеру с таких стран, как Германия, Турция, Великобритания, США, Коста Рика, Чехия, Израиль и многих других. На данных конференциях мы делимся опытом, практическими познаниями в законодательстве, учимся друг у друга. В 2020 году помогали в проведении конференции нашим друзьям Казахам и на государственном уровне консультировали по возможности построения закона о ЧДД в Казахстане.
В частной детективной деятельности много юридических и правовых проволочек, с которыми детективное сообщество на законодательном уровне уже несколько лет пытается разобраться и привести закон о ЧДД в норму в РФ.
Второй год подряд привлекаем внимание к данной сфере студентов Высших образовательных учреждений, как юридической, так и иной направленности и нас искренне радует Ваша отзывчивость и проявленный интерес. Ваши научные работы глубоки и полны смысла, сегодня мы собрались тут, что бы отметить лучшие работы и их виновников!
