I agree, the tougher the better for both drug addicts and operas in their hard work. Tighter measures will give operas the opportunity to work with drug users more productively. Only normal operas, not "hucksters" who will profit from this. One thing bothers me how all this will work in practice? I myself have been in the past operas of the Federal Drug Control Service, plus my wife’s relatives all work as narcologists - damn family contract!
