In Vladivostok detained a foreigner with a "spy stuff"
According to RIA “Data”, senior assistant to the head of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee for Primorsky Krai Aurora RIMSKAYA, a criminal case has been instituted against a citizen of the PRC. He is suspected of committing a crime under Part 3 of Art. 30 tbsp. 138.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempt on the illegal sale of special technical equipment intended for secretly obtaining information).
According to the investigation, on March 27 of the current year, the suspect sold a fountain pen with a built-in video camera and microphone in the pavilion of the shopping center on Vyselkovaya Street in the city of Vladivostok, which, according to the conclusion, is a device for tacitly receiving information in the course of operational search activities. However, the crime was not brought to an end due to circumstances beyond the control of this person, since the special equipment was seized by the police.

Во Владивостоке задержан иностранец со «шпионской штучкой»
Как сообщила РИА «Дейта» старший помощник руководителя следственного управления СКР по Приморскому краю Аврора РИМСКАЯ, возбуждено уголовное дело в отношении гражданина КНР. Он подозревается в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч. 3 ст. 30 ст. 138.1 УК РФ (покушение на незаконный сбыт специальных технических средств, предназначенных для негласного получения информации).
По версии следствия, 27 марта текущего года в помещении павильона торгового центра на улице Выселковая в городе Владивостоке подозреваемый сбыл авторучку со встроенной видеокамерой и микрофоном, которая согласно заключению является приспособлением для негласного получения информации в процессе осуществления оперативно-розыскной деятельности. Однако преступление не было доведено до конца по независящим от этого лица обстоятельствам поскольку спецсредство было изъято сотрудниками полиции.
В отношении гражданина КНР возбуждено уголовное дело
В настоящее время расследование уголовного дела продолжается, проводятся следственные действия, направленные на установление всех обстоятельств произошедшего.
