The general director of FSUE Okhrana Andrei Komissarov wrote to the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation Vladimir Kolokoltsev a report on his dismissal from internal affairs bodies, the press center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reports.

FSUE "Protection" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia is the leader of the Russian security services market and a defendant in a criminal case. Komissarov himself is accused of abuse of authority. He faces a long term of imprisonment for his acts as head of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise, which, according to the prosecutor, expressed in "a sudden and unreasonable increase in the costs of the enterprise in the amount of more than 60 million rubles."
Officially, the details of the crime were not reported, however, some media wrote citing sources in the investigation that the FSUE management suspected receiving “kickbacks” from tens of millions of rubles worth of security equipment transactions. The witness of the case is the son of the former head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in St. Petersburg and the region, Mikhail Sukhodolsky, Grigory - he is a shareholder of an organization that for some time was a subcontractor of this enterprise.
