“International Association of Detectives” (MOD) ... We will probably not be mistaken if we say that a new brand, a new community and a new union of colleagues and like-minded people have appeared and confidently declare themselves on the market of detective services in the world.
You can talk a lot about us for a long time, but each organization, each association has its own idea, its own meaning, its own purpose.
In different countries there are many public, professional and other organizations that position themselves as powerful associations of private detectives, agencies and other structures of non-state security. With all due respect to them, we are simply obliged to state the fundamental differences between the MOD and the indicated structures.
First (and most important) difference: We received state registration only in 2012. Maybe from here it is necessary to keep a temporary account of the existence of MOD? But people from many countries of the world who know about MOD not firsthand, but on real and specific matters, are unlikely to agree with this and will certainly correct such an erroneous opinion. An international association of detectives has existed for at least three years. It would seem - in the face of some unknown legal incident - there is no organization, but it has been working for many years. Here in this so-called “Secret” lies the main difference between the MOD and other, even the most famous regional and international organizations of private detectives. For several years, the current members of the MOD:
- carry out joint orders in various regions of the world, including there are many examples of long-term and economically profitable projects
- pursue a general educational policy in the field of frequent detective activities (NPV) in the CIS countries and Europe
- cooperate with other public, state and private entities that are somehow related to issues of business and personal safety
- participate, as far as possible in certain issues of law-making of their states; - amend the existing laws, propose legislative acts where there are no laws on NPVs yet; cooperate with local authorities
- are friends ... yes - yes, that's right - they are friends with true faithful friendship, not paying attention to the geographical location and arch - huge distances between colleagues. At the same time, they not only help each other to earn money, but also solve a variety of life problems.
Only a few elements of cooperation among the MOD members are listed. This cooperation is the MAIN DIFFERENCE of MODs from any other organization of honest detectives in the world. The participants of the MOU came to the association not for public relations, not for personal ambitions, but as a result of cost-effective collaboration of like-minded people and friends.
The second difference: Any public organization, whether it wants it or not, sets (often and behind the scenes) the main goal - to attract as many members as possible. Often, this goal obscures the obvious danger - the presence in these ranks of non-professionals, random people, and sometimes even outright scammers. What is the position of the MOD on this issue?
Cooperation with applicants for membership in the MOD begins openly and hospitably. Whatever the one who wants to get acquainted with the principles and effectiveness of our association, he will always be accepted respectfully and reasonably, invited to cooperation and mutual understanding. Anyone is given the opportunity to show themselves, show professionalism, their human qualities. Even a complete stranger or organization will always be supported. Experience shows that even if the “newcomer” is mistaken, he interprets something in his own way - they are always ready to prompt, help, convince him without malice and uncompromisingness. Members of the MOD are always open for communication and personal meetings. Thus, all those who join the MOD are selected not by recommendations, not by their former merits, but by a real understanding of the community - who he really is today. Any dishonesty in relation to colleagues, to customers or in other cases - will not remain beyond the attention of the MOD. Not everyone can stand the test of openness. Sometimes ambition, quarrelsome nature, immutable principles invented do not allow someone to become a full member of our association. Such- leave. Someone - peacefully and respectfully, someone - scandalously and with anger in their hearts. We relate to this exactly - as the costs of the growth of MOD while we understand: each has its own path and own life. Thus, the participants of the MOD, unlike other detective communities, are absolutely independent in their decision to join the ranks of the association and also to leave them at any time.
Third difference: Many organizations of private detectives choose a caste policy. For them, it’s important - the narrow specialization and the specific name of the member of the organization (if the applicant is not related to private detective work or is called somehow without mentioning the detective case - he may not become a member of such a community). MOD also has its own unique point of view. We have long determined - regardless of experience, not paying attention to specialization, without an inquisitive look at the features of the name - the International Association of Detectives is always respectful to those who wish to participate in it and are ready to cooperate. Therefore, even before state registration, the MOU brought together private detectives, lawyers, employees of security services, experts of all directions and other representatives of various professions. Practice shows: private detective activity cannot exist without connections, professionalism and the ability to work in any areas of human society. Regions, countries, continents are absolutely irrelevant. You must admit that the serious difference between the MOD and other associations is the availability of opportunities for this work and resolving issues in almost all spheres of the life of society in many countries of the world.
It is possible to set out in great detail our differences from other structures, to talk “about us” further, but the “three pillars” of the MOD will always be unchanged:
- MOD was created on the basis and as a result of joint activities of like-minded people from many countries of the world
- MOD - an open structure for all types of cooperation
- MOD practically unites specialists of many types of activity, one way or another connected with private detective activity

«Международное объединение детективов» (МОД)… Мы, наверное, не ошибёмся, если скажем, что на рынке детективных услуг мира появился и уверенно заявляет о себе новый бренд, новое сообщество и новый союз коллег и единомышленников.
Рассказывать о нас можно долго и много, но в каждой организации, в каждом объединении присутствует своя идея, свой смысл, своя цель.
В разных странах существует множество общественных, профессиональных и иных организаций, которые позиционируют себя как мощные объединения частных детективов, агентств и иных структур негосударственной безопасности. При всем уважении к ним, мы просто обязаны заявить о принципиальных отличиях МОД от указанных структур.
Первое(и главное) отличие: Мы получили государственную регистрацию только в 2012 году. Может отсюда и надо вести временной счет существования МОД? Но люди из многих стран мира, знающие о МОД не понаслышке, а по реальным и конкретным делам, вряд ли с этим согласятся и обязательно поправят такое ошибочное мнение. Международное объединение детективов существует не менее трех лет. Казалось бы – на лицо какой-то неведомый юридический казус – организации нет, а она работает многие годы. Вот в этом т.н. «секрете» и кроется главное отличие МОД от иных, даже самых известных региональных и международных организаций частных детективов. Уже несколько лет нынешние члены МОД:
- выполняют совместные заказы в различных регионах мира, в т.ч. имеется немало примеров долгосрочных и экономически прибыльных проектов
- проводят общеобразовательную политику в сфере частой детективной деятельности (ЧДД) в странах СНГ и Европы
- сотрудничают с иными общественными, государственными и частными структурами, которые так или иначе имеют отношение к вопросам безопасности бизнеса и личности
- участвуют по мере возможности в отдельных вопросах законотворчества своих государств – вносят поправки в действующие законы, предлагают законодательные акты там, где законов о ЧДД еще нет, сотрудничают с органами власти на местах
- дружат … да - да, именно так – дружат настоящей верной дружбой, не обращая внимания на географическое расположение и архи - огромные расстояния между коллегами. При этом не только помогают друг другу зарабатывать деньги, но и решают самые разные жизненные проблемы.
Перечислены только немногие элементы сотрудничества членов МОД. Именно это сотрудничество и есть - ГЛАВНОЕ ОТЛИЧИЕ МОД от любой другой организации честных детективов в мире. Участники МОД пришли к объединению не для пиара, не по личным амбициям, а в результате экономически выгодной совместной работы единомышленников и друзей.
Второе отличие: Любая общественная организация, хочет она этого, или нет – ставит (часто и негласно) главной целью – привлечь в свои ряды как можно больше членов. Зачастую, эта цель закрывает собой очевидную опасность – наличие в этих рядах не профессионалов, людей случайных, а иногда – и откровенных мошенников. Какова же позиция МОД по этому вопросу?
Сотрудничество с претендентами на членство в МОД начинается открыто и гостеприимно. Кем бы ни был тот, кто желает познакомиться с принципами и действенностью нашего объединения, он всегда будет принят уважительною и разумно, приглашен к сотрудничеству и взаимопониманию. Любому дается возможность показать себя, проявить профессионализм, свои человеческие качества. Даже абсолютно незнакомому человеку или организации всегда будет оказана поддержка . Опыт показывает, что даже, если «новичок» ошибается, что-то трактует по своему ложно – ему всегда готовы подсказать, помочь, убедить, без злобы и бескомпромиссности. Члены МОД всегда открыты для общения и личных встреч. Таким образом, все присоединяющиеся к МОД проходят отбор не рекомендациями, не былыми заслугами, а реальным пониманием сообщества – кто же он есть на самом деле сегодня. Любая непорядочность по отношению к коллегам, к заказчикам или в иных случаях – не останется за пределами внимания МОД. Не все выдерживают испытания открытостью. Иногда амбиции, склочность характера, незыблемо придуманные принципы не позволяют кому-то стать действительным членом нашего объединения. Такие- уходят. Кто-то – мирно и уважительно, кто-то – скандально и со злостью в душе. Мы и к этому относимся ровно – как к издержкам роста МОД при этом понимаем: у каждого свой путь и своя жизнь. Таким образом участники МОД в отличие от иных детективных сообществ абсолютно независимы в решении стать в ряды объединения, а также покинуть их в любое время.
Третье отличие: Многие организации частных детективов избирают политику кастовой принадлежности. Для них важны – узкая специализация и конкретное название члена организации (если претендент не имеет отношения к частной детективной деятельности или называется как-то без упоминания сыскного дела – он может и не стать членом такого сообщества). МОД и здесь имеет свою неповторимую точку зрения. Нами давно определено – не зависимо от опыта, не обращая внимания не специализацию, без пытливого взгляда на особенности названия – Международное объединение детективов всегда уважительно относится к тем, кто желает в нём участвовать и готово сотрудничать. Потому, еще до государственной регистрации МОД объединил частных детективов, юристов, сотрудников служб безопасности, экспертов всех направлений и иных представителей различных профессий. Практика показывает: частная детективная деятельность не может существовать без связей, профессионализма и способности работать в любых сферах человеческого общества. Регионы, страны, континенты при этом не имеют абсолютно никакого значения. Согласитесь, серьезное отличие МОД от иных объединений – наличие возможностей для этой работы и решения вопросов практически во всех сферах жизнедеятельности общества во многих странах мира.
