The sentence of the justice of the peace of the Kuibyshevsky district sentenced the former spouse to 160 hours of compulsory labor.
The convict appealed the verdict, but the judicial board for criminal cases of the Novosibirsk Regional Court upheld the decision of the justice of the peace.

Вступил в законную силу приговор в отношении новосибирца, виновного в нарушении тайны телефонных переговоров (часть 1 статьи 138 УК РФ).
