This agency mainly works on protecting the interests of women. In Sweden, this area is very developed. The Swedish Ministry of Internal Affairs has a whole department that deals with this problem, a huge number of private organizations, and all this is a consequence of the legislative framework, one of the strongest in this direction. They constantly conduct seminars and trainings on these issues. I happened to be at several seminars in Stockholm and St. Petersburg. Pretty interesting. One thing, however, the mentality of the Russian (Soviet) person is very different from theirs, and this is precisely what is the basis for the development and adoption of legislation in this direction. If I remember correctly, only in Tatarstan in the Code of Administrative Offenses an article was introduced for violence in the sphere of family relations. At the same time, such a law is in force in Kazakhstan. In Russia, however, the UN model law recommended by the UN has been under the sack since 1996.
In principle, with us, it all comes down to a private charge, but this is the niche that should be filled with private detectives and polygraph examiners.
