Psychology and body langage is good.

And when he sits in the room where the interview is conducted, this position is considered as an additional barrier and is regarded as a closed position. And our task is changing dramatically. We must remove the “barriers” so that the client has the potential to cooperate. The first thing that is offered to the interviewee is to finish off the coffee - another barrier and throw it in the trash bin AT THE DOOR! Interview rooms should be thought out to the smallest detail.
If you decide to ask questions on the street, try to stand so that you have a bare wall behind you. Why? Firstly, you create an “interior” as in an interview room and then it is easier to “read” the subject, because only you and the wall are in front of his nose. Secondly, you cover your back.
