Hello, here I want to do this direction, I have collected the entire package of documents, but I do not want to register as an IP, and the law clearly says it should be registered as an IP. I see that there are agencies.
The question is whether it is possible to register an agency in the form of an LLC for legal work and get a license to the director ?????? Or will the director and employees also have to register as an individual entrepreneur ?????
