Everything is simple. I made a simple analysis of the messages of those detectives who, by now, have already managed to express their opinion on this crucial topic. Since in our discussion we were talking not only about the feasibility of creating SROs, but also about introducing detective standards, I summarized the findings in two columns “SRO” and “Standards”.
In the end, this is what happens.
16 detectives expressed their opinion.
Table
№№ / Detective / SRO / Standards / License / Year
1) Andrey Zakharov / Against / Against
2) Vitaliy Klimin / Against / Against
3) Alexander Kr. / Against / For / 3392/2003
4) Kolomyts Alexander / Against / Against
5) Budaev & Partners / Cons / Cons
6) Robert Yakimov / Cons / Cons
8) STALKER / Cons / Cons
9) Leipus Dmitry / Against / Against
10) Alexander Zaparenko / Against / Against
11) Yuri Plotnikov / Against / Against
12) Sergey Nechaev / Against / Against
13) Vladimir Sokolov / Against / Against
15) Alexey Shcherbenev / Against / Against
16) Lyubimenko Sergey / For / For
Why did I do this?
In his message, Detective Sergey Lyubimenko referred to the support of private investigators, but did not name them. If in their future speeches the initiators of the SRO will continue to refer to the opinion of unknown detectives who support them, then we (acting detectives MOD, ARD + independent detectives), for our part, will be able to reasonably express the opposite point of view.
Respectfully,
