For those who are interested, it is possible to calculate the amount of "losses" that the "drafter" of the draft NPV Law can suffer by the example of providing advisory services with the preparation of a draft document (based on the loss of working time at my existing tariffs, for example ....). It should be borne in mind that a coefficient-4 can be applied to the development of the draft Law (as to drawing up a legal opinion) .... So, here are the rates ....

Additional cost, taking into account the form of consultation (surcharges to the cost are applied and calculated from the main amount for the consultation, excluding the coefficients for the place of the consultation, excluding the additional cost, taken into account when calculating the allowance for the number of documents provided for the consultation):
-eal reference -no coefficients
- written reference (preparation of a draft document) - coefficient-2
-legal conclusion-coefficient-4
Additional cost, taking into account the complexity of the questions put to the consultation (surcharges to the cost are applied and calculated from the main amount for the consultation, without taking into account the coefficients for the place of the consultation, without taking into account the additional cost, taken into account when calculating the allowance for the number of documents submitted for the consultation, as well as excluding factors for the consultation form):
-simple issues (administrative offenses, crimes of minor gravity, divorces, division of spouses' property, conclusion of household transactions, etc.) - there is no coefficient.
-Medium issues (conclusion and termination of transactions between legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, verification of evidence and documents, crimes of medium gravity, issues related to the termination of domestic transactions, etc.) - coefficient-1.5
- questions of great complexity (corporate conflicts, grave and especially grave crimes, tax disputes, foreign economic transactions, etc.) - coefficient-2
Additional cost, included in the cost of consulting services (including NPV) when it is necessary to collect information (establish facts) from publicly available sources (FTS, UFMS, UFSSP, FSFM, MIA (wanted list), Arbitration courts, courts of general jurisdiction, FAS, Media, etc.):
-in the presence of information as a result of the audit-100 rubles per certificate of information for each source.
-in the absence of information on the results of the audit -50 rubles for checking each source.
One source for applying this additional cost is the public website of a specific authority or other organization, or the performer’s own information system.
The scope of the audit (the number of sources required for verification) is negotiated in each case with the customer.
When calculating the cost of the service provided and the presence of several multiplying factors, it is possible to use only one, the largest.
When concluding a contract for ongoing consulting services, the cost of a monthly payment is at least 10,000 rubles. The conditions for ongoing services are specified in each specific contract.
Based on the fact that at least 24 hours of working time can be spent on drafting this document (draft Law), we can conclude that (this is the minimum), losses can be 24 hours 500 r.v per hour = 12000 r. , which must be multiplied by a factor of 4. The sum will be a minimum of 48,000 p .. This is all without other multiplying factors .... And if you apply all the coefficients to be used, the amount will grow quite decently .... These are the approximate losses of a particular BH, which will free of charge compile this project .... To the detriment of their work, so to speak .... You just need to value your time .....
