Results of the 3rd Conference of the International Association of Detectives.
The 3rd Conference of the International Association of Detectives (MOD), which was held from October 4 to 8 on the Black Sea coast of the Caucasus in the village of Lermontovo, Krasnodar Territory of the Russian Federation, successfully completed its work. Detectives from Russia, the CIS, the European Union and the USA took part in the conference. A total of about 60 participants.
In the official part, the reports were made and listened with interest: Oleg Dautov (Moscow) - “On the specifics of the use of technical means”, Vladimir Paley (Moscow) - “Genialogy and private investigation. Points of contact ”, Oleg Baryshev (Moscow)“ Instrumental lie detection in private investigations ”, Olegas Rimanas (Vilnius) -“ On the legislative regulation of private detective activities in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia ”, Steve Dudnik (Miami) -“ On the features of private detective work in the United States of America ”, as well as informative reports of other colleagues on equally interesting topics. All speakers thoroughly and competently answered questions from the audience. However, communication was not limited to this, and on the sidelines of the conference, as well as in the evenings, topics discussed in the business part, and many other aspects of the activity of private detectives were actively discussed. Sometimes heated debate did not subside until the morning.
The meeting was held at the Rusalochka Hotel, located 100 meters from the beach, which at this time of the year was no longer crowded with vacationers, while the weather and water temperature delighted the participants. Those interested could plunge into the pool on site. Convenient for the conference participants was the fact that the possibility of a three-time hot meal in the hotel complex was also included in the payment. For excellent preparation of organizational issues, well-deserved gratitude more than once sounded to Mikhail Gorovikov (Krasnodar) “Panda Group of Companies”.
Reporting from the conference and brief interviews with representatives of the detective world of different countries took place on the RTR television channel.
Ukraine at the forum was represented by 5 participants from such regions as Kiev, Kharkov and the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
The forum was held in a pronounced friendly atmosphere of readiness for cooperation, mutual understanding, respect for colleagues and once again proved that a private detective is a profession that does not have formal boundaries and any mental barriers. Detectives easily found a common language, despite the difference in the legislative regulation of private investigations, well-established personal life views and involvement in the service in various state structures in the past.
By the way, the time of the conference coincided with October 5 - Day of the Soviet and Russian Criminal Investigation. At the festive banquet, a lot of the warmest words were heard from all those present to the representatives of the criminal investigation profession.
It is pleasant to realize that many of the conference participants, simultaneously with their membership in the MOD, are members of other, both international and national detective associations.
Meetings of this kind are uniquely useful for both their participants and the global detective community. They facilitate the exchange of best practices, popularization of the idea of consolidating the private detective community, and the formation of a positive image of the private detective community in each individual country and in the world as a whole.

Итоги 3-й Конференции Международного объединения детективов.
Успешно завершила свою работу 3-я Конференция Международного объединения детективов (МОД), которая прошла в период с 4 по 8 октября на черноморском побережье Кавказа в п. Лермонтово Краснодарского края Российской Федерации. В конференции приняли участие детективы из России, СНГ, Евросоюза и США. Всего порядка 60 участников.
В официальной части прозвучали и были с интересом заслушаны доклады: Олега Даутова (Москва) – «О специфике применения технических средств», Владимира Палея (Москва) - «Гениалогия и частный сыск. Точки соприкосновения», Олега Барышева (Москва) «Инструментальная детекция лжи в частном сыске», Олегаса Риманаса (Вильнюс) - «О законодательном регулировании частной детективной деятельности на территории Литвы, Латвии и Эстонии», Стива Дудника (Майами) – «Об особенностях частной детективной деятельности в Соединенных Штатах Америки», а также познавательные доклады других коллег на не менее интересные темы. Все докладчики обстоятельно и компетентно отвечали на вопросы слушателей. Однако на этом общение не ограничивалось и в кулуарах конференции, а также вечерами активно обсуждались темы, освещенные в деловой части, и многие другие аспекты деятельности частных детективов. Порой горячие споры не утихали до утра.
Встреча проходила в отеле «Русалочка», расположенном в 100 метрах от пляжа, который в это время года уже не переполнен отдыхающими, при этом погода и температура воды, как сговорившись, радовали участников. Желающие могли окунуться и в бассейне на территории отеля. Удобным для участников конференции было и то, что в оплату номера входила и возможность трехразового горячего питания на территории гостиничного комплекса. За отличную подготовку организационных вопросов заслуженная благодарность не раз звучала в адрес Михаила Горовикова (Краснодар) «Группа компаний «Панда».
Репортаж с конференции и краткие интервью с представителями детективного мира разных стран прошел на телеканале РТР.
Украину на форуме представляли 5 участников из таких регионов, как Киев, Харьков и Автономная Республика Крым.
Форум прошел в ярко выраженной дружеской атмосфере готовности к сотрудничеству, взаимопонимания, уважения к коллегам и еще раз доказал, что частный детектив - профессия не имеющая формальных границ и каких-либо ментальных барьеров. Сыщики легко находили общий язык, не смотря на разницу в законодательном регулировании частного сыска, устоявшиеся личные жизненные взгляды и причастность к службе в разных государственных структурах в прошлом.
Кстати, время проведения конференции совпало с 5 октября - Днем советского и российского уголовного розыска. На праздничном банкете прозвучало немало самых теплых слов от всех присутствующих в адрес представителей профессии уголовного сыска.
Приятно осознавать, что многие из участников конференции одновременно с членством в МОД являются членами и других, как международных, так и национальных детективных ассоциаций.
Встречи такого рода однозначно полезны и для их участников и для мирового детективного сообщества. Они способствуют обмену передовым опытом работы, популяризации идеи консолидации частного сыскного сообщества, формированию позитивного имиджа частного сыска в каждой отдельно взятой стране и в Мире в целом.
