Dear colleagues, dear friends!
On behalf of the Council of NP “MOD” I welcome you to the hospitable Krasnodar land!
Special thanks to the organizer of the 3rd conference, the vice-president of NP MOD, to our caring and hospitable host, Mikhail Vladimirovich Gorovikov. On behalf of the members of the Council, I also want to thank Natalya Aleksandrovna, who took on her fragile shoulders all the painstaking daily work on the site and in the non-profit partnership.
Dear friends, we have traditionally gathered for the third year in a row on the southern land, but this conference is special - the first after the official registration of our organization.
I am pleased to note that every year more and more colleagues come from different parts of the world. In such forums, we traditionally consider the most significant and topical issues of detective work. And I know that at the 3rd conference you will also gather a lot of useful information. I also want to tell our friends that it is at the conference that it is honorable and important to enter into a non-profit partnership.
