Если следовать методике (стандартам) проведения расследований по поиску физ лиц, то я согласен, ничего страшного в "привычках искать" нет .... Но при условии, если детектив: :arrow:
- Перед принятием дела проведет предварительную проверку
- Составит план и обсудит его с клиентом
- Подпишет с заказчиком договор. идентифицирует клиента
- Осуществит поиск адреса и телефон используя не противоречащие закону источники и способы
- Получит согласие обнаруженного физ лица на передачу его персональных данных клиенту детектива :!:

- Получит оплату за проведенное расследование на свой р/сч
- подпишет акт приема выполненных работ
