- on 1 issue on the agenda. Invite to the conference interested parties of the right of legislative initiative with which to discuss and approve amendments to the law on BH and ML for their subsequent submission to the State Duma. To do this, preliminary, without wasting time, now create an initiative working group from among the detectives of our community, in which, including inviting specialists with legislative skills. Using the resources of the forum and our professional media, in online mode, develop changes and additions to the law on BH and OD that interest our professional community;
- on item 2 of the agenda. In order for the code of professionalism to be and have legal force, this requires appropriate amendments to our law, which follows from the first issue on the agenda, in addition to this, the professional standard of a private detective would not hurt;

1. Allow and legally assign to private detectives the right to use special equipment and databases if necessary.
2. It is imperative that the Code of Criminal Procedure establishes the obligation for law enforcement agencies to accept materials collected by a private detective as

3. Remove BH from the category of entrepreneurs and add them to the category of self-employed with a flexible tax burden.
