Для начала, (как я считаю, мое мнение может не совпадать с мнением остальных) надо подготовить официальное письмо (запрос интересующей нас информации) от имени организации и направить его в подразделение Россгвардии занимающееся Лицензированием ЧД в РФ.
С данным вопросом, (если эти мероприятия проводить в рамках МОД) надо обратиться к Президенту МОД.
