I congratulate everyone who was involved in the service in the glorious units of the Organized Crime Control Department, the UOP, the 6th Division!
From 1988 to 2008, we fought organized crime! Apparently, they performed their duties so well that, according to one official, "We defeated organized crime! We now have no organized crime in our country! Disband units!" It reminds the catch phrase: "There is no sex in the USSR!" Maybe we began to interfere with someone, create a threat ?!

I agree. It all started when Rushailo was “pushed aside”, who wanted to make the UBOP look like the FBI. The question began to be solved positively, until someone in the bathhouse for a glass of tea said something like that: “Boris, don’t do this. And what if in the 91st ...? And the Organized Crime Control Department is on their side ...? Having armored personnel carriers, excellent firearms ...? And Sobrovtsy, who have several business trips to Chechnya ...?
