Думаю, что ничего это не меняет, просто теперь в договоре с клиентом можно точно описывать задачу, а не придумывать и не подгонять ее под разрешенные пункты Закона. Все думаю этим и раньше занимались. Всё равно, даже после того как имущество найдем, сдвинуть этот локомотив под названием пристава, чтобы всё официально арестовали стоит трудов и кучу нецензурных слов! в настоящее время нашли у должника пустую квартиру в центре города и 18!!!! автомобилей, прошлого года выпуска и несколько 30-40х годов и месяц не можем пристава сдвинуть, чтобы всё правильно арестовала и выставила на торги!

Система судебных приставов - мёртвая система, а с принятием данного закона, еще мертвей станет. Они теперь на законных основаниях будут взыскателей посылать по-дальше, т.е к нам - частным детективам.
