Report of the working meeting on December 10, 2021 in Moscow
For the current year 2021, IAPD members have done a lot of work to develop the organization and strengthen the international relations of the professional community with various significant organizations.

From February 19-21, Andrey Matushkin was with the organizer of the International Security Forum 2021, which was held in Ufa. At which the development of joint private detective and security activities in the region was considered.
On March 4, together with representatives of the Presidential Administration, the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the prosecutor's office, the Republic of Kazakhstan, representatives of the MOD (from Russia, England, the USA, Lithuania, Germany, Moldova), we held an extended online meeting to discuss the prospects for the introduction and development of private detective activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan .
On March 12, representatives of the Moscow section of the IAPD took part in the meeting of 29 years of the NSS of Russia, which was held at the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation in Moscow. The main issue on the agenda was the issue of amending the law on private detective and security activities.
In May (20.05-21.05) the XII plenary meeting of the council of the MOD was held at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of St. Petersburg, where the plans and prospects of the organization were discussed, as well as the possibility of participating in the all-Russian meeting of detectives.
On June 30, under the auspices of the IAPD, the II International Student Olympiad on Legal Issues of Cybersecurity started.
On October 6-9, the XII International Conference of Private Investigators took place in Crimea. The conference was attended by detectives from different regions of Russia, USA, England, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Ukraine. Issues related to the development of the organization were discussed.
IAPD is expanding more and more every year, for example, this year, more than 15 people have joined the association.
The MOD website has been translated into 7 languages.
Carrying out the above-mentioned events, actively contributes to the establishment of new business contacts, the search for customers. Allows you to learn from the experience of colleagues and share your own, not only among detectives, but also among experts in related professions. Expand your professional opportunities both in different regions and abroad.
And today, summing up the results, we are happy to award the winners of the II Student Olympiad. The purpose of this Olympiad is to improve the quality of professional training of specialists in the field of information security and criminal law. As well as identifying and developing the creative potential of students, whom we hope to see as detectives and members of our organization.
Also, summing up, I want to note that 2021 will be marked by the 30th anniversary of the emergence of the non-state security sphere - private investigation. March is just around the corner, and we must celebrate the anniversary of our professional activities. I ask everyone to think in advance about the mandatory and active participation in the upcoming event.

Доклад рабочей встречи 10.12.2021 в г. Москве
За текущий 2021 год членами IAPD была проделана огромная работа по развитию организации и укреплению международных связей профессионального сообщества с различными значимыми организациями.
В частности,
С 19-21 февраля Матушкин Андрей Николаевич был со организатором Международного форума «Безопасность»2021, который проходил в Уфе. На котором рассматривались вопросы развития совместной частной детективной и охранной деятельности в данном регионе.
4 марта совместно с представителями Администрации Президента, руководства МВД, прокуратуры, Республики Казахстан представители МОД (из России, Англии, США, Литвы, Германии, Молдовы) мы провели расширенную онлайн-встречу в целях обсуждения перспектив внедрения и развития частной детективной деятельности в Республике Казахстан.
12 марта представители московской секции IAPD приняли участие в совещании 29 лет НСБ России», которое проходило в Общественной палате РФ в Москве. Основным вопросом на повестке дня, был вопрос о внесении изменений в закон о частной детективной и охранной деятельности.
В мае (20.05-21.05) в ТПП г. Санкт-Петербурга было проведено XII пленарное заседание совета МОД, на котором обсуждались планы и перспективы организации, а также возможность участия во всероссийском совещании детективов.
30 июня под эгидой IAPD стартовала II международная студенческая олимпиада по правовым вопросам кибербезопасности.
C 6-9 октября в Крыму прошла XII международная конференция частных детективов. В конференции принимали участие детективы из разных регионов России, США, Англии, Турции, Казахстана, Украины. Обсуждались вопросы развития организации.

Проведение вышеупомянутых мной мероприятий, активно способствует установлению новых деловых контактов, поиску клиентов. Позволяет почерпнуть опыт коллег и поделиться своим, не только среди детективов, но и среди экспертов смежных профессий. Расширить свои профессиональные возможности как в различных регионах, так и за границей.
И вот сегодня подводя итоги, мы с радостью награждаем победителей II студенческой олимпиады. Цель данной олимпиады повышение качества профессиональной подготовки специалистов в области информационной безопасности и уголовного права. А также выявление и развитие творческого потенциала у студентов, которых мы надеемся видеть детективами и членами нашей организации.
Так же подводя итоги, хочу заметить, что 2021 год, будет отмечен 30-ти летием со дня появления негосударственной сферы безопасности-частного сыска. Март не за горами, и мы должны по достоинству отметить юбилей нашей профессиональной деятельности. Всех прошу заранее подумать, о обязательном и активном участи в предстоящем мероприятии.
