Report of the working meeting on December 10, 2021 in Moscow



For the current year 2021, IAPD members have done a lot of work to develop the organization and strengthen the international relations of the professional community with various significant organizations.

In particular,

From February 19-21, Andrey Matushkin was with the organizer of the International Security Forum 2021, which was held in Ufa. At which the development of joint private detective and security activities in the region was considered.

On March 4, together with representatives of the Presidential Administration, the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the prosecutor's office, the Republic of Kazakhstan, representatives of the MOD (from Russia, England, the USA, Lithuania, Germany, Moldova), we held an extended online meeting to discuss the prospects for the introduction and development of private detective activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan .

On March 12, representatives of the Moscow section of the IAPD took part in the meeting of 29 years of the NSS of Russia, which was held at the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation in Moscow. The main issue on the agenda was the issue of amending the law on private detective and security activities.

In May (20.05-21.05) the XII plenary meeting of the council of the MOD was held at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of St. Petersburg, where the plans and prospects of the organization were discussed, as well as the possibility of participating in the all-Russian meeting of detectives.

On June 30, under the auspices of the IAPD, the II International Student Olympiad on Legal Issues of Cybersecurity started.

On October 6-9, the XII International Conference of Private Investigators took place in Crimea. The conference was attended by detectives from different regions of Russia, USA, England, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Ukraine. Issues related to the development of the organization were discussed.

IAPD is expanding more and more every year, for example, this year, more than 15 people have joined the association.

The MOD website has been translated into 7 languages.



Carrying out the above-mentioned events, actively contributes to the establishment of new business contacts, the search for customers. Allows you to learn from the experience of colleagues and share your own, not only among detectives, but also among experts in related professions. Expand your professional opportunities both in different regions and abroad.



And today, summing up the results, we are happy to award the winners of the II Student Olympiad. The purpose of this Olympiad is to improve the quality of professional training of specialists in the field of information security and criminal law. As well as identifying and developing the creative potential of students, whom we hope to see as detectives and members of our organization.

Also, summing up, I want to note that 2021 will be marked by the 30th anniversary of the emergence of the non-state security sphere - private investigation. March is just around the corner, and we must celebrate the anniversary of our professional activities. I ask everyone to think in advance about the mandatory and active participation in the upcoming event.

Colleagues, I express my deep gratitude to the leadership of the MOU for the event, meeting colleagues and a warm welcome, everything was cool and family friendly !!! In the informal part of the event, a number of interesting promising issues were discussed.

I'd like to extend my sincere appreciation to the MOU leadership for organizing this event. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with colleagues and the warm welcome made it feel like a family-friendly gathering
