In short, my vision.
For the organization of the host, the rating is excellent. Above all praise. Many thanks to Michael (Panda) and his team.
The speeches of some colleagues were, to put it mildly, poorly prepared. I would like to highlight the excellent report by Olegas from Vilnius. It can be seen that the person was really preparing for the speech. Well done Olegas. I liked the performance of Steve. Although he spoke, we can say impromptu, but it was extremely interesting, which caused him a lot of questions from colleagues. And it is a pity that we were not able to listen to the "head of the transport department." As I understand it, one of the declared colleagues did not speak. I would like to understand the reason for this.
I did not like the situation with the discipline of a certain circle of colleagues. It is clear that we are not in the army and everyone is free to act as he sees fit. But there must be some kind of self-discipline and respect for the organizers and speakers. And to ignore the meeting, in this case, I consider unacceptable. By the principle: treat others the way you want to be treated. You can also understand if a presentation on any topic to a colleague is not interesting in advance and he skips it. But it’s not all the same to ignore it.
In general, I liked everything very much. Gathered, talked. Mostly only positive emotions.

I think that, in general, the Conference was a success .... I really liked everything, and the presentation of my colleagues and leisure activities. I would especially like to note the host side of the organization and all the colleagues who made reports.

Only it remained unclear to me why to approve the regulation, so that later it would be grossly violated?
For some reason, my speech turned out to be unnecessary; instead of me, a polygraph examiner was inserted,
who "ate" all the afternoon on the first day.
As a result, I still spoke for those who wanted on the second day, but already outside the framework of the conference.
Apparently, there are very respected colleagues who can be inserted out of turn, and less respected, whom
can be thrown out of the regulations, to which I belong.
In the future, if I will attend conferences, it will be exclusively as a spectator.

It all depends on ourselves, this is our conference and the result depends only on our active participation.
For the next 4 conferences we will prepare even better, definitely.
I was not at the 1st and 2nd conferences but I think they went no better than the one held in Lermontovo.
