Report of the Kharkiv University of Economics and Law on the International Scientific and Practical Conference "DETECTIVE ACTIVITIES IN UKRAINE: PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS".
January 25-26, 2013 in the assembly hall of the Kharkiv University of Economics and Law with the support of the Kharkiv University of Economics and Law, the Council of Lawyers of the Kharkiv Region, the Qualification and Disciplinary Commission of the Kharkiv Region Bar, NP International Association of Detectives, ASAD LEGAL COMPANY, LLC The detective information and analytical service "ORLAN", with the support of the agency for transportation and tourism "SKHID - AVIA" and media support of the newspaper "Zakhit Prav", an international scientific and practical conference "DETECTIVE ACTIVITIES IN UKRAINE: PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS" was held.
The conference was attended by scientists, teachers, law enforcement officers, lawyers, detectives, persons interested in solving the problems posed, adjuncts, graduate students, students from Ukraine, the Russian Federation, and the Republic of Belarus. During the conference, the following issues were actively discussed: legal and organizational support of detective activity in Ukraine; administrative legal, civil and criminal legal protection and protection of human rights in the implementation of detective activities; the use of the results of detective activity in criminal proceedings; correlation of detective and operational-search activities; application of the results of detective activity in law practice; the use of detective activity by travel agencies in providing assistance to their clients abroad.
