Tatyana) When conducting a search, you should probably also keep in mind the following:
Well, firstly - "Form No. 1P" is an application for the issuance of a passport of a CITIZEN of the Russian Federation (after 1997)
Secondly - from 1974 to 1997 there was "Form No. 1" - this is for the USSR passport
Thirdly, until 1974 green passports were issued, and as far as I know, there was only a journal of issuance because a passport was issued for life alone and not for everyone (collective farmers did not have a passport, the military did too). Issue journals have been preserved somewhere, somewhere .... There is a full name, address and social status and that’s all .... (based on a resolution of the Council of Ministers of October 21, 1953 with the "Regulations on Passports".) And with regards to f. 1-П-in the application I published there is a downside too ... But, probably, you need to look not for Ф.1, but for the presence-absence of registration registers for issuing passports (1953 and further until 1974 (if they were preserved in archives and if not destroyed by acts) ... Although, it seems that nothing can be found ... What can I say, even the text of the “Regulations on Passports” of 1953 cannot be found ... What can we say about the registration itself, which was supposed to then ((((In our region, there is no such surname ...
Hello!
Thank you very much, Andrei, for your advice: look for information in the local archive of the city where the fighter’s son, Sheimis Dmitry Mikhailovich, could receive his first passport.
It was 1949. and at that time he was studying at the vocational school No. 2 of Yaroslavl.
Then in 1950. relocation after graduation to work in Yekaterinburg (Sverdlovsk), and then in 1952. conscription for military service in the Soviet army. Further traces of the son are lost ...
Now, if you could check and find in the registry office of the city of Yekaterinburg a record of the registration of marriage or death Sheimis D.M. after 1952, it would help us a lot in our further search.
And yet we did not succeed, unfortunately, to determine the last place of work and residence of the desired Dmitry Sheimis in Yekaterinburg.
His place of work was: Sverdlovsk Mechanical Plant of the Ministry of Stroydormashstroy.
And the address of residence: Sverdlovsk, Stroyuchastok 7-12
Detectives from Yaroslavl and Yekaterinburg, respond !!!
We really need your help. The search for the son of the deceased fighter, whose remains were found by a search party in the Leningrad Region, has reached an impasse !!!
Sincerely, Elena Zhilinskaya, Moscow
