A private detective in Israel can only be a person who has an appropriate license from the Ministry of Justice, which is quite difficult to obtain.

Частным детективом в Израиле может являться только человек, имеющий соответствующую лицензию от министерства юстиции, получить которую довольно непросто.
Проблема работы частных сыщиков заключается в том, что их деятельность должна строго соответствовать закону, что не всегда реально исполнить на практике и при этом качественно выполнить задание заказчика. Автор статьи, являясь юридическим консультантом в этой сфере, неоднократно удивлял сыщиков, находя в произведенных ими действиях нарушения закона. Нередко детективы становятся героями криминальной хроники.
Часто задается вопрос: может ли заказчик нести уголовную ответственность за противоправные действия сыщика? Если клиент попросил частного детектива выполнить действия, которые изначально были незаконны или подразумевали использование незаконных способов, то, конечно же, он рискует оказаться на скамье подсудимых.
