This is a very serious matter, officially not to do so, because even the regulations on educational institutions for training in BH have not yet been developed .... all these certificates will only be for internal use without any legal force .... but the topic is interesting.

Professional training of private detectives

The Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation has developed draft requirements for professional training programs for private detectives.
According to the project, each candidate for private detectives will be taught first aid to the wounded, and teachers with higher education and experience in detective work for at least three years will introduce them to the intricacies of the profession. Private detectives can only be trained in full-time on the basis of universities or secondary specialized educational institutions - both public and private. External and distance learning will not be provided.
The draft program for the training of private detectives in 5 disciplines: psychological, legal, medical, tactical and special and technical training. The training course will consist of 190 hours of practical training, and 110 hours - theoretical. For 300 hours of training, future detectives will get acquainted with an arsenal of special tools that they can use during their future activities, with the peculiarities of Russian legislation in the field of detective activity and the methodology for interacting with authorities.
A significant part of the program will be reserved for the specifics of providing services to commercial organizations: for example, methods for identifying insolvent or unreliable business partners, identifying cases of unlawful use of a trademark, unfair competition, disclosure of information constituting a trade secret, etc.
