Re: Lûbimye pritči
The parable of the janitor.
A man comes to get a job as a janitor at Microsoft. In the personnel department, they ask him questions, conduct tests and finally report:
- Congratulations, you are accepted. Leave your e-mail - we will notify you of the work schedule.
“Actually, I don’t even have a computer,” the person admits, “and even more so with e-mail.”
- Unfortunately, then we cannot employ you. You are virtually absent, and prompt communication with all Microsoft employees by e-mail and coordination of effective teamwork is a key issue in our company.
There is nothing to do, a person leaves and begins to think about how to make money on a computer. In your pocket - $ 30. He buys 10 kg of apples from a farmer, goes to a busy street and sells “tasty and healthy eco-products”. Within a few hours, his starting capital doubles, and after 6 hours - 10 times. Here he understands that with such a pace you can live without an employer.
Time passes, a person buys a car, first opens a small stall, then a store, and after 5 years he is the owner of a supermarket chain. And so he comes to insure his business, and the insurance agent asks him to leave his e-mail for profitable offers. Our businessman, like many years ago, replies that he does not have either an e-mail or a computer.
“Just amazing!” - the insurer is surprised, - such a huge business - and not even a personal computer! What would you achieve if you had it ?!
What the businessman answers:
“Then I would become a janitor at Microsoft.”
Moral: if you don’t have something, maybe you don’t need it?
